We are a real estate agency based in Avanca, operating throughout the Aveiro region — Estarreja, Ovar, Murtosa, Oliveira de Azeméis, Santa Maria da Feira and the surrounding areas. We know this region like few others: its streets, real prices, growing areas and communities. This local knowledge cannot be bought — it is built over time and through relationships with people.

In a market where sales pressure is common and clients are often passed from one person to another, we chose a different path.
